Built with the UDK Development kit, my 4 - player deathmatch map focused on close quarter battles. With Star Wars as level theme, I chose the mining facility on Mustafar. I chose the facility because of its many small rooms and close quarter battle, thus encouraging the fast paced playstyle which Unreal Tournament is known for. As the roof of the mining facility Is not used in the movie, it allowed me to create an area for players who enjoy using the sniper as well.
The design resulted in a level that had no particular focus areas, the fights happened all over the map and apart from regular spawns, that drew focus to that particular point.
